Lekha is an operating ledger for recording and tracking receivables, payables, salaries, stock, and document-capture workflows. It is not a payment gateway or a statutory filing substitute.
Terms and Conditions
Account and Access
You are responsible for account credentials, branch/user mappings, and all activity from your tenant. Access may be suspended for abusive or unlawful usage.
Plans and Write Access
Free plan tenants are read-only. Write operations are enabled after your subscription is updated by the admin team.
Customer Data
You retain ownership of your business data. You are responsible for data accuracy, legal compliance, and retention requirements in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use.
- No attempts to bypass tenant, branch, or role access controls.
- No reverse engineering or interference with service integrity.
Liability and Changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
