Getting started

Sign up, name your business, add your place of business. Invite your accountant and your purchase clerk. Everyone you invite sees the same ledger. For a step-by-step walkthrough of every screen, read the guide for how you bill: Owner’s Guide (PDF) if you bill against purchase orders with delivery challans, or the Counter Billing Guide (PDF) if you bill over a counter.

Invoicing

Create a customer, create an invoice, mark when payment lands. The ageing report updates automatically.

Vendor bills

Capture vendor bills with the original document attached. Mark paid when the cheque clears.

Privacy & data

Delete your account from Settings → Account. See privacy and DPDP for the formal process.
